Issues Fixed:

	Sev-2:
		1. Fixed the DST Short Status test failed during PSA & intermittent erratic hard drive spin up/down problem

	Others:	
		2. Fixed the issue where Battery meter in Windows Systray does not show the remaining time.
		3. Enhanced the error message when flashing 700m BIOS on a non-Phoenix BIOS systems.

	WinFlash Utility:
		4. Added the support to deny any Suspend/ Hibernate requests during flashing 700m BIOS.
		5. Fixed the issue in which Winflash utility does not check if BIOS password exists.

The following updates were made to create the A01 BIOS:

Issues Fixed:
=============

	- Modified the VBIOS to comply with the power-on sequence settings for the new supported panels.
	- Fixed booting from Dell DIAG CD after finishing diagnostics test.
	- Changed Dell Computer Corp. to Dell, Inc.
	- Changed BIOS Flash Battery Requirement from 30% to 10%.
	- Fixed the issue when the system resumes from hibernate, system cannot enter hibernate again.
	- Changed the error message when no bootable devices are found. 
	- Fixed the issue in case asset tag is absent, BIOS Setup Menu will show empty string instead of 'Not installed'.

Features Added:
	- Removed requirement for user input when no Primary Hard Disk found.
